Mat is a Helpmann Award winning singer/actor and songwriter best known for his performance as Barry Mann in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (MCG).
This is the third time he has played Tobias in Stuart Maunder’s production of Sweeney Todd and does so while portraying Roger Davies in Australian tour of Tina: The Tina Turner Musical (TEG/Dainty). Other credits include Tommy in The Who’s Tommy (Victorian Opera), Mark Cohen in RENT (SOH/Sugary Rum prod), A Little Night Music (Victorian Opera), Lea Salonga’s Australian Tour, Down Under (RIOT/Netflix), Lazarus (The Production Company), There’s Something About Music (Little Red Company). His debut original EP is available on all streaming platforms.
