  • In person just prior to a performance. The Theatres Building box office is open 90 minutes before an event begins, and Hamer Hall box office is open 45 minutes before an event begins.

In the interests of visitors safety, Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park is now a cash-free facility. Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card to pay for your parking.

The car park entry is located at 4 Sturt Street (corner of Sturt St and Kavanagh St), Southbank. Entry to the carpark is via Kavanagh Street only.

Accessible Parking

Arts Centre Melbourne have a number of clearly marked accessible parking bays available. Please display your valid Parking Permit for people with disability. Should you need assistance gaining access to St Kilda Rd car park when the Theatres Building is closed, please call our Security team on 9281 8316.
